MASSIVE ANGER AMONG MILLIONS OF FOLLOWERS ASSOCIATED WITH SHRI DARBAR SAHIB
- DISRESPECT AT A HISTORICAL SITE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
- PUBLIC IS BEING PROVOKED BY GIVING MISLEADING INFORMATION ABOUT MATAWALA BAAG
Some anti-social elements are trying to spend religious frenzy by targeting the country’s historical heritage Darbar Shri Guru Ram Rai Ji Maharaj. There is a lot of anger among the followers of Shri Darbar Sahib regarding this matter. First a conspiracy was hatched to capture the land of Matawala Baag. After getting defeated in the court, now Aman Swedia and some anti-social elements are trying to make the environment tense by targeting Shri Darbar Sahib. Aman Swedia has already spoiled the atmosphere by protesting and raising slogans in the premises of Shri Darbar Sahib. Shri Darbar Sahib management on Thursday, organized
a Press Conference at Press Club, Dehradun and warned that this type of deadlock and huge tension is being created which is not acceptable.
It’s significant to mention that Matawala Baag is a historical heritage under Darbar Shri Guru Ram Rai Ji Maharaj. Shri Darbar Sahib will not allow capturing of even one inch of its land. Aman Swedia and some of his fellow anti-social elements and land mafia want to capture Matawala Bagh. Such people are not well aware of the history of Shri Darbar Sahib.
On 10th April 2025, Aman Swedia informed through a Press Conference that he and his colleagues will take a protest march on foot on 13th April 2025. The names of Shri Darbar Sahib and Matawala Baag is also mentioned by him. As per the honourable court, any type of protest or demonstration is illegal within 250 meters radius of Matawala Baag. Despite of this, if any protest or demonstration is done by Amar Swedia and others is an open violation of the orders of honourable court.
Significant questions are these also:
1. When Matawala Baag is undoubtedly the property of Shri Darbar Sahib, then who are these people who are trying to capture the land of Shri Darbar Sahib?
2. What are personal motives these people want to fulfill?
3. Who are these people who illegally want to encroach the land of Shri Drabar Sahib?
4. Who are these people who are trying to destroy the sacred image of Shri Darbar Sahib?
5. Why are these people creating confusion and myths to spread hatred?
6. Who are these people who are polluting the religious integrity and harmony?
7. Who are these people who are trying to tarnish the image of Darbar Shri Guru Ram Rai Ji Maharaj and His Holiness Shri Mahant Devendra Das Ji Maharaj?
8. Who are these people who are trying to destroy the religious harmony, what are their objectives.
Shri Darbar Sahib has informing by means of letters to District Magistrate of Dehradun, Senior Superintendent of Police of Dehradun and City Magistrate of Dehradun that these people are continuously trying to play with the dignity of Shri Darbar Sahib. Millions of followers of Shri Darbar Sahib are angry on this matter. Due to Shri Darbar Sahib being targeted, a lot of tension has come into being.
Senior Manager of Darbar Shri Guru Ram Rai Ji Maharaj, Madhusudan Semwal said that the decent senior citizens can walk around and visit Shri Darbar Sahib in the morning and evening hours. As per the orders of honourable court, a letter of permission will be required for the people entering Shri Darbar Sahib and it will be mandatory to keep record of such people so that no anti-social elements like drug addicts cannot enter Matawala Baag on the names of decent citizens. Complaints had been coming of anti-social elements to disturb the environment Matawala Baag. As per the orders of the honourable court, no one is allowed to protest, raise slogans or demonstrate within 250 meters radius of Matawala Baag.
Entry will be banned to any person entering Matawala Baag till the time, entry regulations are made for Matawala Baag and the new wrestling coach gets appointed.
Its worth mentioning that Shri Darbar Sahib is performing various social welfare works. Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital is known as the lifeline of patients of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. The public schools run under Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission are providing quality education on reasonable rates to the children. This, in particular is benefitting the poor and needy children.
In the mission to preserve the greenery of Dehradun, the institutions of SGRR are playing a lead role. The construction works being done in SGRR institutions are always kept in harmony with the greenery. That is why, SGRR institutions at any location have a lot of greenery. Plantation drives are also done by SGRR in the city. Matawala Baag is being renovated. The work of constructing the gate of Matawala Baag has been completed. The weeds inside the Matawala Bagh are cleared and sowing is being done to impart beauty to Matawala Baag. Boundary wall is made made. Previously, some anti-social elements were trying to make the Matawala Bagh a dustbin. Shri Darbar Sahib did not allow this conspiracy to succeed.
These anti-social elements had previusly spread the fake news of trees being cut at Matawala Baag. The forest officer was requested by Shri Darbar Sahib management to come and verify the facts on his own. Shri Darbar Sahib management requested the forest officer to come and count the fruit bearing trees of various species at Matawala Baag. Forest officials came to inspect and found the counting of trees as accurate. The people protesting that time were lathicharged by the police. Shri Darbar Sahib stopped the throwing of garbage inside Matawala Baag.
Shri Darbar Sahib beautified Matawala Baag.
The Sangat devotees ensure the proper cleaning of Matawala Baag every year before Shri Jhande Ji Mela begins. That day anger was spread that day on the information of someone selling drugs inside Matawala Baag. Sangat devotees consider Matawala Baag as a sacred place. This was the reason that both the sides came into conflict that day. All the rumors spread about Matawala Baag are false. Aman Swedia along with his colleagues attacked the guard of Matawala Baag which further worsened the situation.
